We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States, calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Expedited UPS Ground costs extra. Returns & Exchanges
We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery; returns must reach us within 21 days of authorization. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
