This complete 24V hose handle, part HOHANDL24VP, is a replacement handle for Beam electric central vacuum hoses, finished in a peppercorn color.

On an electric hose, the handle is where the switch lives. Squeezing or flipping it sends the 24V signal down the hose to turn a power nozzle on and off, on top of the hose's ordinary job of carrying suction from the wand end back to the wall inlet. A cracked, sticking, or intermittent handle breaks that switch function even while the hose itself still holds suction fine, which is usually the reason to replace just the handle rather than the entire hose assembly.
