The SEBO Brush Roller Release (black) is a genuine replacement for the Automatic X4 upright. Located in the power head, it locks the brush roller in place and frees it when you need to lift the roller out.
Each cleaning cycle asks the release to grip and let go, and over time the catch cracks or the spring tab tires so the roller either will not lock or will not release. A roller that slips out of position drags on the housing and knocks the belt off its track. Fitting the correct black release returns secure, dependable locking.
