Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Door frames, baseboards and chair legs are what this trim exists to meet. Part 2842HG is SEBO's light gray bumper set for the ESSENTIAL G2 and the ESSENTIAL G5, supplied as the matched group of pieces that runs around the machine body rather than as a single length of strip to be cut to fit.
Bumper trim is the sacrificial layer on an upright, and it is meant to be. It hardens with age and with heat from the motor, and once a section has snapped off or worked loose there is nothing left between the housing and the next door frame — chipped finish on the machine, scuffs on the woodwork it brushes past, and an edge that catches instead of sliding. Fitting a full set restores a compliant edge all the way round and tidies up corners that have already been scraped back to bare plastic. Buying the set rather than a single piece also keeps the color consistent, which matters when one weathered strip sits next to a new one.
