Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Felt compresses and mats down with heat and years of running, and once it has lost its thickness the parts it was spacing no longer sit where they should. That can show up as extra shaft play, a faint rubbing noise from the motor area, or dust working its way into a bearing that used to stay clean.
