Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine Hayden threaded filter retainer, supplied with its gasket, for Hayden central vacuum power units. The retainer threads into place to hold the filter securely against the unit, while the included gasket seals the joint so working air is forced through the filter media rather than bypassing it. Together they keep filtration effective and suction strong.

A stripped, cracked, or missing retainer lets the filter shift or fall out of position, and a hardened gasket allows air leaks. This kit replaces both the threaded retainer and the gasket in a single part, restoring a secure, sealed filter mount.
