    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Stocked as part 088280381, this Lindhaus 38 cm roller brush comes in black with a 0.20 mm bristle diameter, which Lindhaus rates as its medium hardness for this width, and fits the LW38 eco FORCE and LW35 Flexy L-ion machines.

    That diameter is firm enough for everyday floor soil without the extra bite of a coarser bristle. As it turns, the bristle rows sweep the floor ahead of the machine's cleaning path to work loose dust and debris.
