Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the factory-standard agitator roller for the Lindhaus RX 500e eco FORCE commercial upright vacuum, machined to the 500mm / 19-inch brush width so it drops straight into the RX 500e housing.

On carpet, the brush roller does the heavy lifting, its bristles agitate and lift embedded sand, fiber and pet hair so the vacuum's airflow can sweep it into the bag. With the large surface area the RX 500e covers, the roller sees a lot of wear; once bristles flatten and lose stiffness, pickup drops and carpet looks dull. A fresh 500 black standard roller restores deep-cleaning power immediately.
