Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LB4 L-ion is the cordless backpack vacuum in Lindhaus's LB4 line, running on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery instead of a wall cord. That trade removes cord management from the job entirely, which matters most on routes that cross open floors, stairwells, or areas without a convenient outlet.
A backpack vacuum puts the motor and dust chamber on a harness across the operator's back rather than out ahead on a hose, leaving both hands free to run wands and attachments. On the cordless L-ion, that same freedom extends to movement: the operator is not tethered to a plug and does not have to plan a route around where power is available. The trade-off with any battery-powered commercial vacuum is finite runtime and a charge or swap cycle to manage between shifts, so crews running back-to-back routes typically keep a second battery charged and ready.
