    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer.     Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The M29R is Lindhaus's patented universal floor nozzle, built to move between carpet and hard floors without swapping heads, and this standard wheeled version is the replacement head for the Linda DP5 and Valzer Digital Pro. SKU 088753681 is the standard wheeled version, and the wheels are what hold the nozzle at a consistent height as it moves.

    A worn M29R nozzle is usually easy to spot, the wheels wobble or bind, the underside shows visible wear from repeated floor contact, or suction at the nozzle drops even though the machine's motor and filters check out fine. Because the nozzle is what actually contacts the floor on every pass, wear here shows up as reduced pickup before anything else in the machine does.
