Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SES 117 electric suction hose (part number 7698160) restores full powerhead control to Compact C2 and S6000 series canister vacuums that run an electric power nozzle. Measuring roughly seven feet, the hose carries both airflow and electrical current, with an ergonomic handle that puts the power nozzle on/off switch right at your fingertips. A pigtail connector plugs into the canister body, while the wand end direct-connects to Miele electric telescopic wands and powerheads such as the SEB 217 and SEB 228.
