Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Miele SET 220 Electric Telescopic Wand (SKU 6594726) is a genuine Miele replacement wand that connects the handle of your electrified suction hose to a Direct Connect electrobrush floorhead. Because the electrical wiring runs internally through the stainless steel tube, there is no exposed cord, delivering both airflow and power to your powerhead in one clean, reliable connection.

The telescopic design lets you adjust and lock the wand to your preferred cleaning length with a single press of the slide button, making it comfortable for users of any height. The brushed stainless steel exterior is durable and resists scratching, while the Direct Connect couplings snap securely to both the hose and the powerhead.

Fits Direct Connect Miele canister vacuums that use an electrified hose and a corded-free electric powerhead, including S300i–S600, S2000 and S5 series models. Compatible electric powerbrushes include the SEB 217, SEB 217-2, SEB 217-3, SEB 228 and SEB 236, and it mates with electrified hoses such as the SES 115, SES 118, SES 125 and SES 130.
