Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's All-Purpose Cleaner is the one spray bottle that covers most of the cleaning in a house. Counters after dinner, the stovetop, appliance fronts, bathroom tile, glass, fingerprinted light switches: if the surface is sealed, this 710 ml sprayer handles it. It is made in Canada from a plant-based formula that works on everyday dirt and grime without harsh chemistry.

What is not in the bottle matters as much as what is. There are no phosphates, no harsh chemicals, and no strong artificial perfumes. The scent it leaves is natural lemongrass: fresh, light, and gone before it wears out its welcome.
