Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's Dishwasher Cubes (SKU NADC-16) take the measuring out of machine dishwashing. Each unscented cube is a concentrated, pre-measured dose of detergent: drop one in the dispenser, close the door, and start the cycle. This 16-count pack suits smaller households, first-time Nellie's customers, and anyone who wants to try the cube format before moving up to a bulk supply.

To use, load the machine, place one cube in the detergent cup, and run a normal cycle. Skip rinsing plates first — the formula does not need the head start.
