Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Red-finished and supplied complete with spring 6143, pedal 6309DR is the foot control that starts, stops and dials the suction on a SEBO C2.1. The assembly serves the C1.1 and C2.1 platform, so one pedal body covers both machines in this part of the C Series.

There are two pedals on the top of these canisters and it pays to know which one is on order. This is the power pedal: it switches the motor and sets the suction level. The other retracts the cord and carries its own number — 6006DR in red, with spring 6023 behind it. Spring 6143 is the return element for this pedal and comes in the box rather than being bought separately. Further inside, the electronic controller with switch for these machines is 6295ER; a pedal that feels firm and clicks properly but produces no change in motor speed points at that side of the circuit rather than at the plastic.

Pedals take a beating. The pivot wears, the spring loses its snap, and the control ends up sluggish or refuses to hold a speed setting. Because the spring is included, a single order renews the whole mechanism instead of half of it.
