This 12-inch black stripping pad fits the Oreck Orbiter floor machine, including the 550MC. Black pads deliver the most aggressive action in the pad range and are built for stripping old wax and heavy buildup off hard floors.
As a stripping pad loads with dissolved wax and its abrasive wears smooth, it stops cutting and starts smearing residue, forcing extra passes and leaving an uneven surface. A fresh black pad restores the aggressive bite that lifts old finish cleanly.
