This genuine SEBO Pile Adjustment Spring fits the 370 series and the SOFTCASE. It loads the pile-height adjustment so the nozzle holds its selected setting against different carpet depths.
When the spring weakens, the pile adjustment drifts and the nozzle no longer keeps the height you dial in, so brush contact becomes uneven from pass to pass. That means patchy grooming or a head that runs too high or too low. A fresh spring restores firm, repeatable height settings.
