Returns & Exchanges

Getting the switch configuration right is the whole job when you order a shell for an ET-2 nozzle. Part 20345SWET is the black top housing for SEBO ET-2 Power Heads built without an on/off rocker, moulded solid where the switched version carries an opening. It is the cover supplied on machine 9251AM.

In SEBO's ET 1, ET 2 Power Heads exploded view this cover sits at position 135 and is described as the black ET-2 cover. Covers for the other head drawn on that same sheet carry different numbers at different positions, and the two look close enough in a photograph to be confused, so identify which nozzle is actually on the machine before ordering rather than judging by colour alone. The nozzle itself is normally marked, and the diagram position is the quickest way to confirm a match once you know which head you have.

What the cover does is straightforward: it closes the top of the power head, encloses the drive, and holds the shape the rest of the nozzle is assembled to. Once it has cracked, grit reaches parts that were meant to stay covered and the fixings around the break stop pulling the housing together. Renewing the shell leaves the internal drive components alone; those carry their own part numbers and are ordered separately if they need attention at the same time.

This head runs a 15 inch roller, so a strip of hair across the full width is easy to miss when the shell is off. Clearing it, and checking the belt while the cover is away, turns a cosmetic repair into a proper service.
