Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

If you keep only one SEBO fastener in stock, make it this. Part 0102ER puts ten of the 3.9 x 13 mm DIN 7981 screws in a single bag.
Reach across the range is what makes the larger quantity worth having. The same screw serves the AUTOMATIC uprights, the ESSENTIAL G machines, the 370 and 300/350 models, the C and D canisters, the ET-C power heads and the DISCO polisher, so one bag on the shelf covers a mixed fleet rather than forcing a separate order for each machine that comes in. Shops running a rental or contract-cleaning fleet tend to buy it by habit for exactly that reason.
The screw itself is a cross-recessed pan head tapping screw with a flat F point, 3.9 mm in diameter and 13 mm long. It cuts its own thread in the plastic boss it enters, which means it is a consumable: the boss loses a little material each time the screw comes out, and a fastener refitted for the fourth time often will not pull down at all. Renewing the set during a strip-down takes no extra time and removes the most common cause of a panel that will not sit flat afterwards. Keep it apart from part 01021, the DIN 968 screw of the same nominal size, since the two are not interchangeable despite measuring alike.
