Product details
Position 150 on the SOFTCASE CE12 parts list is the left-hand bearing block, part 75113. It carries one end of the brush roller and sets the height and angle at which that roller runs, which is why a worn block shows up as drag, a rumble from the nozzle, or a roller that refuses to sit square when the base is reassembled.
The block is handed. Its opposite number is 75114GS at position 143, and the two are not interchangeable, so anyone ordering a pair needs both numbers rather than two of one. While the base is open, look at the belt as well: SEBO lists two toothed belts for this machine, a 333 HTD 3M 6 at position 125 and a 318 HTD 3M 6 at position 151, and quoting the position rather than simply asking for the belt avoids the wrong one arriving. The pile adjustment axle at 146 and the bearing pin at 156 are in the same area of the diagram.
Change whichever side has gone, or renew the pair on a machine that has seen heavy commercial hours, since a fresh block against a worn one only shifts the noise from one end to the other.
