SEBO Handle Rod for CE12 SO...

Product details
SEBO prints a length against this one on its own parts list: 557 mm, position 2, part number 75033. That figure is the reason to buy the factory rod rather than something that looks similar, because the housing and the guides on a CE12 SOFTCASE are built around it.
The handle is a three-part stack and the rod is only its middle. Position 1 is the complete grip, 75103GS in gray black, which is what the hand actually holds. Position 2 is this rod. Position 3 is the handle guide 75156GS, supplied two to a pack, and those are the bushings the rod moves through. Knowing that split saves a wasted order, because a handle that wobbles or knocks at the top is far more often worn guides than a bad rod, while a rod bent hauling the machine up a flight of stairs will bind however new the guides are.
Note that 75033 carries no colour suffix. It is not a finish part — the gray black plastic you can see is bought under its own numbers, 75103GS and 75156GS. If the old rod comes out corroded, look inside the grip before putting the original back on, since whatever reached the rod has usually been sitting in there too. On a machine that has covered serious mileage it is worth taking the guides at the same time; they are the cheaper half of the joint, and the pair of them is what decides how the handle feels in the hand once everything is back together.
