Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
The holder is the frame the switch cap sits in, not the cap itself, and the two are ordered separately. Part 5161GS is that gray black surround, shown as position 7 on both the AUTOMATIC X4/X5 and the X7/X8 parts diagrams, and it locates the cap squarely over the switch so the press action stays true.
If a cap keeps working loose or sits at an angle, the surround is usually the broken piece rather than the cap on top of it. The clip legs are what give way: they are thin by necessity, they take the pressing force that would otherwise land on the switch body, and once one has snapped the cap has nothing to hold it. A new holder gives the cap something solid to clip back into and takes the load off the switch behind it again. With the cap removed the legs tell the story: any that have splayed outward will not hold a new cap either, whatever state the cap is in.
