The SEBO Swivel Neck Assembly for the 370 ELECTRONIC is the steering neck that connects the upper handle to the power base. It provides the pivot that lets the handle recline and turn while passing airflow and the electrical connection through to the machine.
A cracked neck or worn pivot makes the 370 hard to guide, can interrupt power to the head, and lets the handle sag. Replacing the assembly restores firm articulation and a sound electrical path so the vacuum steers and runs as intended.
