We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Deluxe marks the R30D as the more complete configuration within Riccar's Tandem Air upright line, built on the same dual-path airflow design the Tandem Air name refers to across the family: the brushroll and the bag each working with their own share of airflow instead of competing for one shared route.
It is a bagged upright, so dust and debris worked loose by the brushroll go into a sealed bag rather than an open bin, the same filtration approach the entire Tandem Air line is built around. What the Deluxe trim adds is additional features on top of that shared platform rather than a different machine underneath.
For households doing serious, regular carpet cleaning across the whole home, the Tandem Air platform is Riccar's answer, and the R30D represents the fuller-featured version of that answer rather than the base entry point.
Choosing the Deluxe over a base Tandem Air upright usually comes down to how long you plan to keep the machine and how much you already know about what you want from it. Buyers replacing a worn-out upright after a decade or more tend to have a clear sense of the features they missed on the old machine, and the Deluxe trim is where Riccar puts most of those answers.
