Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Specified for the graphite-finished machine, 5031GS is the gray black bearing block that seats the right-hand end of the brush roll in the SEBO AUTOMATIC X4 Boost power head. Order by finish as well as by model, since this range shares the design across several colors and only the matching one is listed for a given vacuum.
The block supports one end of the roll and holds it parallel to the floor. When the bore has worn out of round, the roll drops slightly at that end, the brushing pattern across the carpet turns uneven, and the belt starts running off center. Left long enough it chews the belt edge and puts a load on the drive that was never designed in. A new block re-seats the roll square and quiets the head down again. Check the left-hand block, 5766HG, at the same time, as both ends have seen identical hours and a block that is only half renewed will still let the roll sit off true.
Everything else in the head is worth eyeballing while it is open. Brush rollers 5010AM and 5010GE, the second in soft bristle, both suit this machine, belts 5110 and 5463 drive them, and 8366WS is the cleaning tool for stripping wound hair off the bristles. The graphite trim parts that match this block are exhaust filter cover 5711GS, exhaust filter catch 5712GS, brush roller release 5713GS and power head cover 50799GS, with bottom plates 5411GS at the front and 5412GS at the rear.
