Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These compatible replacement brush inserts (part #10116) are the bristle strips for the Fuller Brush FB-HD2T brush roll and related models. The inserts snap into the existing roller to renew its bristle rows.

As the bristle strips wear down, they lose the height and stiffness needed to dig into carpet, so the brush skims the surface. Replacing just the inserts is more economical than buying a whole brush roll and brings back full agitation. New strips restore proper bristle height and deep-cleaning bite.
