Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Two components in a single order: SKU 2302SC pairs the gray black ET-1 bumper with the soft carpet front bottom plate, the front sole piece SEBO supplies for soft, deep-pile flooring. Ordering them together keeps the leading edge of the head matched above and below rather than mixing a new strip against a scarred plate.

The two parts do separate jobs on the same edge. Below the line, the front plate governs how the nozzle enters the pile, and the soft carpet version is shaped to stop the head burying itself and gripping on plush flooring where a standard plate would seal down and make the machine heavy to push. Above the line, the bumper takes the impacts from furniture and skirting so the housing never has to. Damage to either is worth addressing as a pair, because both sit on the same leading edge and both shape how the head behaves at the start of every stroke.

Anyone who has changed flooring to a softer pile tends to want this combination rather than the standard front plate, and it is also the sensible order when a head has been dropped on its nose and both pieces are scarred. Fitment covers the SEBO FELIX Premium, the DART, the C3.1 and the AIRBELT D4 Premium, AIRBELT E3 Premium and AIRBELT K3 Premium, in each case on ET-1 heads built with or without an on/off rocker. If the front plate is still sound, the bumper alone is part 2302GS in gray black or 2302HG in light gray.
