Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SEBO 5721SW is the black carrying handle, and the same moulding is called out on two different exploded views: item 34 on one, item 30 on the other. Those two sheets cover its fitment, the AUTOMATIC X4 and the AUTOMATIC X7 Pet. The grip bridges the top of the body and carries the whole machine each time it leaves the floor.

Trouble announces itself in the arms. Plastic that has dulled and gone slightly chalky, a hair-thin line creeping away from a fixing point, or perceptible movement when the vacuum is lifted are the same fault at three stages, and there is no graceful middle ground when it finally goes. On the drawing the grip is drawn into the bag door group, with the bag housing locking catch and the handle catch immediately beside it, so those three make a sensible group to look over once a machine has been knocked off a step. A single impact tends to mark all of them, and only one will be obvious at the time.
