Product details

Quiet a loud central vacuum power unit with this exhaust muffler, SKU 260. It inserts into any central vacuum exhaust port with a 2" outer diameter and knocks down the irritating motor noise that carries through basements, garages, and utility rooms every time the system runs.

  • Fits central vacuum exhaust ports with 2" OD
  • Total length: 13.5 inches
  • Fit each exhaust port on the power unit with its own muffler
  • Currently supplied in black due to a temporary supplier shortage

Installation is a simple insert into the exhaust port. For a vertical orientation, pair the muffler with a 90-degree spigot sweep ell (part #503, listed under hardware, pipe, and fittings) to turn the run upward or downward as space requires.

Power units with more than one exhaust port need a muffler on each port for full effect, so count your ports before ordering. Ships to you in 2-5 business days.
