Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Wiring that is not pinned down eventually finds something to rub against, and inside a vacuum that means a hot motor casing, a moving linkage or a moulded edge. SEBO's answer is a small clamp that holds the internal loom on a fixed route, clear of everything that turns or gets warm. Part 5266 is that clamp.
It is one of the parts that shows up again and again across the range. SEBO records it at position 39 of the AUTOMATIC X4 / X5 diagram, position 31 of the ESSENTIAL G4 / G5 diagram and position 44 of the AIRBELT D diagram — three separate sheets, one component. Worth knowing when ordering: these machines use more than one clamp in the same loom, and clamps 5162 and 5164 occupy other positions on the same drawings, so match the number to the position rather than to a photograph.
The clamp itself does not wear out so much as it becomes brittle and lets go, usually after the body has been opened once or twice for another repair. Anyone renewing internal wiring should have a fresh clamp on the bench, because refitting a cable and leaving it unsupported is how the next fault gets built in.
