Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Item 35 on the ESSENTIAL G4/G5 drawing is easy to overlook until it goes missing. Part 51159GS is the gray black cap that closes over the cover release on the ESSENTIAL G4 and G5, giving the release a finished face to be pressed against and keeping dust out of the mechanism below it.
These caps are pressed thousands of times, so they craze, wear through at the contact point, or work loose and disappear behind the furniture. The machine still opens without one, but the action feels indistinct and the mechanism sits uncovered — and once grit gets into the release, the release itself is the next part on the list.
