The genuine SEBO Cover for the cover release in gray black fits the G4 and G5 canisters in the SEBO G Series. It caps the cover-release mechanism, protecting the release and giving it a clean surface to operate against when you open the machine.
Since the release is worked each time the lid is opened for bag and filter service, its cover can crack, wear, or work loose, leaving the release vague or the mechanism exposed. Everyday use is the cause. Installing the correct cover restores a firm release action and keeps the mechanism protected.
