Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Housing panels take the knocks on a SEBO Duo, and this one, part 3004SE, is the cover SEBO lists at position 39 on the Duo diagram. It closes off a section of the body, keeping dust away from what sits behind it and giving the machine back its finished outline. On the drawing it falls between the AM4 x 30 screw at 38, part 0176TL, and the spacer washer at 41, part 0149, in the group around the 120 V motor at 34 and the drive belt at 37.
A cover with a broken tab tends to buzz against the body in use, while one that is missing entirely leaves an opening where fluff gathers on the parts underneath. Neither fault stops the machine running, which is why the job gets postponed and why the covered components are usually filthy by the time the panel is finally renewed.
