Returns & Exchanges

Everything the machine picks up passes through the bag chamber before it reaches a filter, which is why the condition of that chamber matters more than it looks like it should. Part 50200GS is the gray black bag housing for the SEBO 300 Mechanical and the SEBO 350 Mechanical, drawn at position 7 in the SEBO 300 350 Mechanical parts diagram.

The housing squares the bag up and clamps its collar into the airstream. A split shell, a distorted sealing lip or a catch that no longer pulls tight lets air short-circuit around the bag, and the fine dust riding in that air goes straight onto the motor filter. Weak pull with a brand new bag fitted, or a film of dust inside the cabinet, both point back to this part. Cracks usually start around the mounting bosses and travel outward from there, so run a thumb over those faces every time the chamber is open.

Nothing else in the bag compartment behaves properly around a distorted housing, so the small hardware in the same space is worth checking while the machine is apart: bag holder 50125ER, orange bag lever 50122OR, return spring 50124ER, and 50118HG, the bumper base the housing sits against. Fresh bags seat far more predictably in a housing that has kept its shape, and the eight-bag box for these uprights is 5093AM.
