This genuine SEBO Dust Bag Housing Locking Catch in yellow fits the SEBO X4 and X5 upright vacuums. It is the latch that holds the dust bag housing cover firmly against the machine body while you clean.
Years of opening and closing the bag compartment wear on a locking catch until it cracks, loses spring tension, or no longer grips at the engagement point. When the housing pops open mid-clean, the airflow seal is broken and dust can escape past the bag. A correct replacement catch restores a secure, quiet closure.
