This genuine SEBO Exhaust Filter Catch in white is the cover latch for the SEBO X4 and X5 uprights. It holds the exhaust filter cover closed at the rear of the machine so the filter stays properly enclosed.
Repeated filter changes gradually tire the catch, and a tired catch cracks or loses grip until the cover flaps open or drops off entirely. With the cover unsecured, exhaust air escapes without passing fully through the filter, which reduces filtration and leaves dust behind. A new catch restores a clean, positive latch.
