We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the HF16 HEPA filter for the AS5203A, AS5203A1 and AS5203A2 uprights, sold here as part F623 and fitting the same machine whether it carries the Eureka or the Sanitaire badge.
Dust builds up in the media gradually, and the visible warning sign is a filter that has turned an even, matted grey rather than showing spots of dirt here and there. Airflow ahead of the motor narrows as that happens, cleaning performance drops off with it, and a fully saturated element eventually lets fine particles pass through toward the exhaust instead of holding onto them.
