    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Airflow only stays on course if the joints behind it are shut, and the rear foam seal is one of those joints. SEBO part 6120/3 is the foam gasket that closes the rear housing interface on the C-series canisters, filling the small irregularities between two hard mating faces.

    Foam does not last forever. It takes a permanent set under clamp load, then crumbles at the edges, and the result is air drawn in behind the filtration rather than pulled through it. Suction at the nozzle falls away even though the bag and filters both look perfectly serviceable, which is why this part goes unsuspected for years.

    Seals in this machine are catalogued individually, so a leak can usually be pinned to one number. The front foam seal is 6213, the motor-cover seal is 6306, the seal between the motor and cord-reel cover and the bottom casing is 6186, and the seal from suction neck to bottom casing is 6014. Renewing the set is a common move on a canister that has been apart more than once.

    Two more gaskets sit in the airflow path and are worth checking at the same visit: 6034 seals the microfilter and 6187 seals the bag cover. Between them, those five numbers account for most of the slow, unexplained suction loss owners report on an otherwise healthy canister.
