This brown power nozzle cord (Part #1301006102) is a replacement cord for the Filter Queen power nozzle. It carries current to the nozzle so the motorized brush roll can run during cleaning.
A cord that is cut, frayed, or cracked interrupts power to the nozzle, leaving the brush roll still even while the vacuum keeps running. Damaged cords are also a shock hazard. Fitting a fresh brown cord restores the electrical connection and returns powered agitation to the cleaning head.
