    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Genuine Hoover timing cogged belt (Part #91001028), originally built for the Hoover Savvy 049 and also a confirmed fit for the Shark NV500 series. The toothed timing profile meshes precisely with the drive and brush-roll gears, delivering positive, synchronized power with no slippage.

    Because this is a geared timing belt rather than a stretchy flat belt, it maintains exact brush speed under load, keeping carpet agitation strong and consistent. A stripped or cracked timing belt causes the brush roll to skip teeth or stop, leading to weak pickup and reduced grooming.
