Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 401011SR is Hoover's Type SR replacement bag for the Duros canister line, sold three to a pack.
A canister bag that has filled restricts airflow at the machine before it looks packed from the outside, and running past that point pushes fine dust closer to the motor instead of holding it in the bag. Swapping in a fresh bag before it reaches that point keeps both suction and filtration where they should be.
