Part ELECON02 is the insulated spade terminal that carries a motor lead's connection inside a central vacuum power unit, with a sleeve over the crimp to keep the joint from shorting against the housing or a neighboring wire.

It is a small piece, but the heat a running motor gives off and the constant low-level vibration it sends through the housing both work against a connection this size over time. A terminal that has corroded or worked loose is an easy thing to overlook during a diagnosis, yet it shows up the same way a bigger fault would: a motor that starts and stops on its own, runs weak, or will not turn over at all.
