Turning at 23,700 RPM, this replacement Ametek Lamb through-flow motor (Part #116884-49) uses peripheral discharge and double ball bearings on 120 volts. Rated figures include 96.4 inches of vacuum, 356 maximum air watts, 115 CFM, and a 9.5 amp maximum, with metal mounting brackets, wire leads without a plug, and no thermal protector.
As the motor wears, suction fades and the unit can grow hot or noisy. The correct replacement restores rated airflow to backpack and canister machines.
