Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The genuine Lindhaus Brush Roller 450 Black (Standard), part number 009750301, is the factory-standard agitator brush for the Lindhaus RX 450e eco FORCE commercial upright vacuum. It is built to the 450mm / 17-inch cleaning width so it seats perfectly in the RX 450e brush housing.

A vacuum's brush roller carries the entire mechanical workload on carpet, sweeping bristles loosen ground-in grit, fibers and pet hair so airflow can lift them away. After heavy commercial duty those bristles wear flat and lose their grooming bite, and you will notice weaker pickup and tired-looking carpet. Installing this fresh 450 black standard roller returns the RX 450e to full deep-cleaning strength.

This roller is dynamically balanced and supported on ball bearings for smooth, low-vibration, quiet running, and it swaps in without any tools, keeping scheduled maintenance fast and simple. Black bristle denotes the standard medium specification fitted to the RX 450e as supplied.
