    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Part 089480081 is the Lindhaus Carpet Nozzle 30, supplied as a set of two squeegees for the 30 cm machines. Lindhaus lists it for the LW30 eco FORCE, LW30 L-ion, Lavinia and Lindwash, and it is what changes those machines over from the hard-floor squeegees they normally run to squeegees profiled for carpet.

    A wash-and-recover machine only picks the water back up if its squeegee seals against the surface it is crossing. A lip shaped for smooth flooring tends to ride on top of carpet pile instead of closing against it, so recovery falls off and the carpet is left wetter than it should be at the end of a pass. Fitting the carpet squeegees is what restores that seal on textile floors.

    Squeegees are a wear item because they are in contact with the floor on every pass. Check the working edge for nicks, flat spots and hardening whenever recovery starts to drop off, and change both rather than one, since a mismatched pair leaves an uneven seal behind the machine.
