Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LB3 12in eco FORCE is a corded 120V upright built around a 12 inch cleaning path, sized for tight interiors where a bulky wide-body machine gets in the way. Running on standard household current rather than a battery, it stays on as long as it is plugged in, which matters most in spaces that get vacuumed for long stretches without a natural pause to recharge, such as daily office routines that would outlast any battery's charge.
Because it draws power directly from the wall, there is no battery to plan around: no charge cycle to track before a shift, no runtime to ration across a large area, and no pack to swap out partway through a job. The tradeoff is the cord itself, which needs an outlet within reach and a bit of attention so it does not catch on furniture legs or doorframes as the machine moves through a room. Crews used to a cordless unit sometimes find the cord takes a shift or two to get used to routing cleanly.
The compact 12 inch width is the point of this configuration. It threads between chair legs, under desks, and into corners that a full-size upright has to work around, without sacrificing the corded model's steady, uninterrupted suction. It suits offices, small retail floors, and homes with a mix of tight rooms and open carpet, particularly where the same area gets vacuumed on a repeating daily or weekly schedule rather than an occasional pass.
