Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LB3 12in L-ion Digital Pro trades the eco FORCE line's cord for a lithium-ion battery, so the same compact 12 inch cleaning path can move anywhere in a building without hunting for an outlet first. That freedom is the reason a cordless machine earns a place next to a corded one rather than replacing it: some rooms and stairwells simply do not have power close enough to make a cord practical.
Lithium-ion batteries hold their charge well between uses and do not need to be run flat before recharging, which suits a machine that gets picked up for a quick pass rather than a scheduled block of cleaning time.
