Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Lindhaus LB3 14in eco FORCE is the wide-path version of Lindhaus's corded electric broom, built for facilities where clearing more floor per pass matters more than fitting into a tight corner. It plugs into standard 120V power and runs as long as it stays connected, with no battery to plan around and no charge cycle to interrupt a long cleaning session.
Stepping up from 12 to 14 inches of cleaning width covers noticeably more floor on every forward stroke, which adds up over a full shift on open carpet in hallways, classrooms, and hotel corridors. The corded design keeps that wider path running continuously rather than in battery-limited stretches, which suits crews covering large open areas on a schedule rather than moving between many small rooms throughout the day.
The wider body still needs to clear standard doorways and maneuver around furniture, so it is worth measuring your narrowest passage before ordering if your space includes tight transitions between rooms. Facilities that mix wide-open carpet with a handful of narrow offices sometimes find the 12in eco FORCE a better all-around fit, even though it covers less ground per pass, simply because it never runs into a doorway it cannot clear.
