Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

The Lindhaus LW38 eco FORCE is a corded commercial scrubber-drier built for one-pass wash-and-dry cleaning on hard floors in schools, offices, healthcare corridors and retail spaces. It scrubs a 335 mm (13.2 in) brush path and vacuums up a 358 mm (14 in) swath, on a low 140 mm (5.5 in) base for working under counters and fixed furniture.
Lindhaus specifies a 900 W total input split between a 750 W Rotafil vacuum motor and a 250 W Rotafil brush motor, turning the roller at 1,500 rpm. Matched 2.6 L solution and 2.6 L recovery tanks keep the machine cleaning for a reasonable stretch between refills, and at 10.6 kg (23.3 lb) it isn't heavy to carry between floors. IPX4 protection lets it handle the splash exposure normal to wet-floor work.

Overall dimensions run 380 x 410 x 1130 mm, and the 41 ft cord means fewer outlet changes on a run of open floor. The LW38 runs the brush and the vacuum from two separate Rotafil motors rather than one shared motor, which keeps each motor sized to its own job instead of splitting one motor's output between scrubbing and drying.
