Black 0.20mm is the soft-grade brush roller in Lindhaus's LW46 lineup, part 089810381, the gentlest of the three bristle options sold for this machine.
A soft grade is the right call when the priority is protecting the floor finish over maximum scrub force - delicate or easily marked hard surfaces where a firmer bristle risks leaving marks. It still provides enough agitation to lift everyday soil into the machine's collection path, just with less mechanical bite than the medium or strong grades built for the same LW46.
Soft bristles wear the same way firmer ones do, losing their edge with runtime; when a soft roller stops clearing light soil the way it used to, that is the sign to replace it rather than compensate with more passes or extra cleaning solution, which just wets the floor without adding any scrubbing action back.
Because the LW46 also takes medium and strong rollers, double-check that the roller you're replacing is actually the soft black grade before ordering - swapping in the wrong grade won't damage the machine, but it will change how the floor gets scrubbed.
