Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The M29R is the universal floor nozzle used on the Lindhaus HF6 canister vacuum. The M29R is listed for the HF6 and filed under the HF6 model series, and Lindhaus offers the HF6 either in that standard form or fitted with the PB14e L-ion electro-brush for deep carpet work. SKU 182123681 is the code our catalogue carries for this nozzle.

Because the nozzle is what actually contacts the floor, wear shows up here first, wheels that stiffen or no longer turn freely, a cracked or worn underside, or suction that drops right at the nozzle even though the canister's motor and filters are otherwise fine. A nozzle in this condition also tends to let hair and debris wrap around the intake instead of pulling through.

More than one M29R exists. The HF6 version is catalogued as 089624681, with a separate grey M29R for the Healthcare range as 088754681, so confirm the fitting on your own HF6 before ordering rather than going by the M29R name alone.
